On 19/01/2023 NACSCS College organized a guest lecture on startups and entrepreneurship, which was attended by students and faculty members from various departments of the college. The speaker for the lecture was Dr. Bharat kardak, a successful entrepreneur who has founded and led multiple startups to success.

The lecture began with an introduction to the basics of startups and entrepreneurship. The speaker defined a startup as a company that is in its early stages of operation and has the potential to grow rapidly in the future. He emphasized the importance of having a clear vision, a unique idea, and a solid plan for execution in order to succeed as an entrepreneur.

The speaker then shared his personal experiences of starting and running his own businesses. He spoke about the challenges he faced, including finding the right team, securing funding, and overcoming setbacks. He stressed that failure is a part of the journey, and that it is important to learn from mistakes and move forward. Next, the speaker discussed the different stages of a startup, from ideation to growth and scale. He explained the importance of market research and customer validation in the early stages, and highlighted the need for continuous innovation and adaptation as the company grows.

The speaker also spoke about the role of technology in startups, and how it can be used to create new business models and disrupt traditional industries. Finally, the lecture ended with a Q&A session, where students and faculty members had the opportunity to ask the speaker questions about entrepreneurship and startups.

To create awareness and promote the culture of startups and innovation the Maharashtra startup and innovation yatra was organized to visit college campus. The van goes to every college and play the videoclips of the various facilities and schemes of Maharashtra government for the students. The discussion was very much fruitful. All resource persons interact with students and students also participate in the interaction.
